    I re-listened to the Sri Aurobindo Adventures this weekend, and I am amazed at how much more I understood – I remembered how lost I felt in that class at times. I also appreciated how I am connecting the teachings now. Somewhere among these recordings, I heard Lisa or John say, “Hey this shit really works.” A humorous way to have fun and walk this path moving closer to realizing that amazing Love, it is just waiting for us to become aware. Another big takeaway was understanding more about vital energy and how the Holy Spirit uses all the vital energy the good, bad and the ugly of the ego to it’s benefit if we do our part and say yes. Above all else I want to know the truth, is a prayer that feels true and right. Good night all.
